Wendell D. Mosby is the President of Wendell Mosby & Associations. In addition to being the Chair of the Chicago’s Young & Powerful PAC (YPPAC) and Illinois State Director for the Young Elected Officials (YEO) Network.
Mr. Mosby has spent over 15 years as an empowerment speaker, youth advocate and community engagement specialist. He has been a key contributor to several service based organizations such as Chicago’s Young & Powerful Group, Chicago Public School’s “Real Men Read” and the Black Star Project. As a lecturer, Mosby has spoken widely on all aspects of public service, entrepreneurship, and Black male achievement.
In 2011, Wendell Mosby was the youngest ever to be elected to the Board of Trustees at Prairie State College. Trustee Mosby serves as Second Vice President of the African American Community College Trustees Association.
A regular guest on WVON-Radio 1690AM for his political analysis and commentary. Mosby is also the creator of the “I AM Harold Washington” social media campaign. He is an Ariel Investment/WVON1690 Chicago 2014 Game Changer and the NAACP Chicago Far South Suburban Branch’s 2013 Jaunita Simpson Award recipient.
